INDUSTRY 4.0 AUDIT

What is it?
This program offers:

Up to 6 months of coaching to carry out the digital diagnosis and design a digital plan (phase 1).

Up to 6 months of coaching to design an implementation plan (phase 2).

A report describing your business’s strategic and operational orientation and its digital maturity, with a minimum of 25 different business processes, including 5 processes aimed at critical issues, and a tailored digital plan.
You could also get a small financial boost from the Government of Québec through a non-refundable contribution covering up to 50% of eligible expenses, for a maximum amount of $20,000 for phase 1 and $10,000 for phase 2.
Who is it for?
Medium- and large-sized Québec businesses from all sectors of activity, including cooperatives and social economy enterprises who already have a strategic plan defining their mission, their vision and their strategic and operational orientation.
