R&D INCUBATION-ACCELERATION – 12-MONTH PROGRAM

You and your team have clearly identified a problem in a specific industry, and people in the field have confirmed that they’re willing to pay for your solution? Now’s the time to look at developing your product/service and your business model.

What can I expect?

• A one-year program with reassessments every 3 months.

• A personalized individual coaching plan that includes R&D, business model planning, intellectual property, financing, marketing and much more.

• Training workshops based on your needs .

• Preferential access to our experts, affiliated researchers, professionals in residence and our large network of resources .

• Simplified access to financing options such as the Futurpreneur Fast Track Program, the Startup Quebec programs, the Momentum service from MAIN and incubation help from the MEIE (all depending on eligibility requirements).

• All this while retaining your intellectual property rights and all your company shares.

Who is it for?

This program is designed for startups in the pre-market phase or early market entry phase (selling for less that 3 years).

• If you are still in the idea phase, we recommend you take part in the Sprint. 

• If you are in the validation phase, we recommend you try the Bootcamp.

What’s my commitment?

If you are selected for the Aventure program, you commit to:

• Attend the scheduled meetings.

• Meet the established objectives.

• Sign and abide by the service agreement and the non-disclosure agreement.
   

How does it work?

1. You and your team fill out the application form.

2. If your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule a Zoom interview.

3. During the interview, you pitch your startup to us and answer a few questions from the selection committee.

4. You receive an answer within a week.

5. If you are selected, a coach will be assigned to you to start a one-month trial.

6. At the end of this test period, an assessment is made. If things are going well, a one-year coaching agreement is signed.

When is it?

All year long — recruitment is ongoing.

At home, in front of your computer.

How much is it?

Fees vary based on where your business is located (inside or outside the Outaouais region), your current market entry status, and which package is chosen. You must first go through our selection process, and pricing will be discussed afterward.
